Technology

Twin Power Rib

“Twin Power Rib”

The two Power Ribs increases the rigidity of the sole. A high rigid sole technology that helps receive the ball impact.

ariable Thickness Crown

“Variable Thickness Crown”

By adopting Variable Thickness Crown, the dome-shaped crown bends in the direction of the loft, enabling a higher-lofted impact.

“Twin Power Rib”×”Variable Thickness Crown”=”High Trajectory and Optimal Spin”

Due to the difference in rigidity between the high rigid sole and the Variable Thickness Crown, the dome-shaped crown bends in the direction of the loft, enabling a higher-lofted impact, which results to maximum distance with “high trajectory and optimal spin”

Material

Club face using “DAT55G” for a strong, catching impact

The club face is made of “DAT55G”, a light weight and high strength steel of Daido Steel.
Repulsion is obtained by making the face thinner, and with the weight of the club face lightened, the function of the club head is drastically improved.

Design

The deep face that expands the “Hot spot area”

The deep face that expands the “Hot spot area”

The energy transfer efficiency by hitting the sweet spot area is 100%, whereas that figure reaches 120% by hitting the “hot spot area”. The deep face expands the hot spot area, increasing the probability of an optimal spin and maximum distance.

“Deep Back” design that produces a heavy shot

“Deep Back” design that produces a heavy shot

The “deep back” design with a tall rail extends the time the club keeps contact and pushes the ball. Based on the experiences of tour professionals, this design delivers a heavy shot that is less affected by wind.

Traditional face shape for gear effect

Traditional face shape for gear effect

For clubs with a heavy center of gravity, the bulge of the face (lateral curvature) and the roll (longitudinal curvature) are particularly effective.

Jet Black sets its bulge and roll for the ball to draw naturally when it hits the toe side, and to fade naturally if it hits the heel side. It is a familiar model for those who have been playing golf for many years.

Heavyweight Club Head

Heavyweight Club Head

We use “Heavyweight Club Head” that weighs 202g, for longer distance generated through energy of impact.

Counterbalanced Shaft

Counterbalanced Shaft

“Counterbalanced shaft” co-developed with Nippon Shaft. A design that reduces the feel of heaviness in the heavyweight head, and improves the rigidity in the middle and dramatically increases the possibility of good contact.

We have adopted ultra-high elasticity 80t sheet for the entire bias layer.
